The following terms and conditions apply to all orders received via the stitchesatwales.co.uk website.
Order Acceptance
The sale of Stitches at Wales goods via their website shall not be considered complete until we have accepted your order to purchase them.
Order Processing
Orders are subject to availability and Stitches at Wales reserve the right to supply to any individual or company. There is no minimum order value. Product packaging and instructions will be in English.
Prices
All prices shown are in UK pound sterling. Stitches at Wales reserve the right to change prices listed without notice. However, prices will be confirmed on placement of orders.
Delivery
All reasonable steps will be taken to deliver your order within 28 days of receipt. Confirmation of your order will be via email. Stitches at Wales will not be liable in respect of any failure to deliver within the timescale, or any day or date.
Craft Packs Post and Packaging Charges
UK Delivery - For orders under £50.00 delivered within the UK, a postage and packing charge of £1.95 will be added to the order. For any orders over £50.00, postage and packing will be free of charge.
OVERSEAS Delivery - For orders under £50.00 delivered outside the UK, a postage and packing charge of £4.95 will be added to the order. For any orders over £50.00, a postage and packing charge of £1.95 will be added.
Commission work post and packaging prices supplied on application.
Quality Guarantee
Stitches at Wales operate a money back guarantee for all products purchased via the stitchesatwales.co.uk website which do not arrive in perfect condition provided that:
· We are notified either by telephone or email within 7 days of receipt of goods.
· You agree, at our request, to return the goods in question within 28 days of the date you originally received them providing that they are unopened and unused.
· The goods are returned by recorded delivery, and the cost of the return postage is prepaid by your. Refund of goods will be met once we are satisfied that the goods were damaged in transit, or faulty prior to despatch.
Stitches at Wales have no liability of any kind in respect of goods purchased from our website that are returned for any other reason than that above. We have the right to refuse the goods, if in any way, it is not justified. Under these circumstances the goods will be returned at your cost.
Privacy
All personal details will be kept strictly confidential and under no circumstances will be shared, Sold or passed on to any other commercial organisation to be used in any form of marketing or mailing list activities.

By placing an order for goods via our website you are deemed to have accepted our terms and Conditions as governing your order. If you do not agree to all the terms and Conditions specified, then please do not order from the stitchesatwales.co.uk website.

The information contained in Stitches at Wales.co.uk may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors and Stitches at Wales liability for any inaccuracies or errors arising are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The contracts for the sale of goods or services by stitchesatwales.co.uk from the website shall be exclusively subject to, governed by, constructed and interpreted in accordance with English law. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of them and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them.
In no circumstances shall the liability to you, whether for breach of contract, misrepresentation, negligence or otherwise, exceed the price charged to you for the damage, defect or undelivered goods which arise to such liability and Stitches at Wales shall have no liability for any indirect or consequential losses or expenses suffered by you, however caused.
